Procedure

1. FO

Refer all correspondence and development (including the filing of applications) with persons in Hong Kong or Macao to DIO.

2. DIO

Develop all claims through the FBU in Manila for Hong Kong.

Provide all pertinent information to assist the FBU in Manila for Hong Kong in its investigation of the claimant's identity, relationship, etc. This includes the location and address (including apartment and floor number) of the person(s) to be contacted.

Also include, if it might be helpful to the FBU, photocopies of evidence (e.g., marriage certificates, birth certificates, etc.) and statements made by a beneficiary/claimant in the U.S. about the issue under development.
