A. POLICY
A resident of the United States or Chile who is employed as a member of the flight crew on an aircraft and who would otherwise be covered under the laws of both countries will be covered only by the country where he/she resides. A member of the flight crew who would otherwise be dually covered but does not reside in either country will be covered only by the country where the employer is headquartered.
